Разработка повышает разрешение изображения в 4 раза. Функция работает в двух режимах: DRC50 и DRC100. Алгоритм DRC50 применяется при стандартной частоте кадров 50 Гц и повышает количество элементов изображения в 2 раза по горизонтали (1440 пикселов вместо обычных 720) и в 2 раза по вертикали (1250 строк вместо стандартных 625). Алгоритм DRC100, используя 100-герцовую технологию сканирования, удваивает разрешение по горизонтали до 1440 пикселов и удваивает вертикальное считывание до 100 полей в секунду. В результате получается более четкое изображение, лишенное утомительного для глаз мерцания.
